Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place fresh spinach, basil, garlic, lemon juice, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper into a blender. Blend on high power for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

Cooking

  • Transfer the blended mixture to a large pan and bring it to medium heat.
  • Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add your favorite cooked pasta to the pan and gently stir until coated with the sauce.

Serving

Notes
