  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, rich and tangy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, thick and smooth Use non-fat version for lower fat.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, zesty and bright Prevents browning of avocados.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, aromatic and flavorful
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste), adding a subtle heat Adjust based on heat preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish), vibrant and fresh
  • Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving, crunchy and refreshing Great for dipping.

Preparation

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocados using a fork or potato masher until smooth but slightly chunky.
  • Add crumbled feta cheese and Greek yogurt, mixing until well combined.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir in the minced garlic.
  • Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, mixing everything well.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

This dip can be made in advance; refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste as needed.
