  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Weaves in layers of richness.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and half of the caramel sauce. Gently stir to blend.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, allowing them to absorb just the right amount of liquid. Layer them in a serving dish.
  • Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of banana slices.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are utilized, finishing with a final layer of whipped cream mixture.
  • Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce and dust with cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
