Ingredients
  

For the crust

For the cheesecake filling

For the whipped cream topping

  • 0.75 cups powdered sugar Sweetens the whipped cream.

For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan with baking spray and line with parchment paper.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press half into the bottom of the pan and the rest up the sides. Place in the freezer.

Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until silky. Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly into the crust.
  • Microwave half the hot fudge for 30 seconds, then pipe and swirl it into the filling. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Whipped Cream

  • Chill a bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes. Add whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe cream around the pie edge.
  • Freeze the pie for 1 hour.

Final Assembly

  • Microwave remaining hot fudge and pipe over whipped cream. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Create mounds of each frosting in the center of the pie and decorate with banana chips and cherries.

Notes

Best served chilled. Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. Keep pie refrigerated until ready to serve.
