Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs until well combined, reserving about 2 tablespoons for brushing.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangular pieces.
  • Cut each slice of cheese in half and place one half on each dough triangle.
  • Spoon scrambled eggs onto each cheese-topped dough triangle, then add a sausage link.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll up each crescent tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with pepper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
