Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer the tater tots evenly on the bottom.
  • Pour the cooked sausage over the tater tots, spreading it evenly.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
