Preparation

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  • Chop the cinnamon roll dough into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, crack the four large eggs and whisk until well-beaten.
  • Add the milk and heavy cream to the eggs, whisking until smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
  • Place the chopped cinnamon roll dough into the egg mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Melt the butter and drizzle it over the dough and egg mixture.
  • Mix to coat the cinnamon roll dough in the butter.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.

Baking
