Dough and Cookie Base
- 1 large pizza dough A soft, pliable base.
- 1.5 cups edible cookie dough Rich and creamy with a hint of vanilla.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional) For sealing crust, adds extra comfort.
Toppings
- 1.5 cups vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing Decadently sweet and smooth.
- 1 cup salted pretzels (whole or crushed) Provides a delightful contrast to sweetness.
- 0.5 cups chocolate sauce (melted chocolate or Nutella) Lusciously thick, drapes over the pizza.
- 0.5 cups salted caramel sauce Brings sweet and salty balance.
Instructions
Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray or pizza pan.
- Spoon the edible cookie dough evenly around the outer edge of the dough.
- Fold the edge of the dough over the cookie dough and seal it tightly.
- Bake the pizza crust for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Spread the vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing evenly over the entire pizza base.
- Scatter the salted pretzels over the top of the glazed pizza.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce generously in a beautiful back-and-forth pattern.
- Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top in a similar fashion.
- Slice the dessert pizza and serve it warm or at room temperature.
Notes
