Bread and Butter Ingredients

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, granulated sugar, and crab meat. Mix until smooth.
  • Preheat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread generously.

Cooking

  • Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet and spread about 1/4 cup of the crab mixture on it.
  • Top with another slice of bread, butter-side facing up.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from skillet and serve hot.
