Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the wheel of brie cheese in a small, oven-safe baking dish, or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture generously over the top of the brie cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and the mixture is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to cool slightly.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.

Serving

  • Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.

Notes
