For the Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and egg.
  • Gently mix everything together until just combined to avoid dense meatballs.
  • Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  • While baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate the tzatziki until serving.
  • Allow meatballs to cool slightly before serving.
