  • 1 lb chicken breast Tender lean protein.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh and vibrant.

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Brings smoothness to the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking chicken.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Slice the rested chicken and mix it into the skillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Great for family dinners or meal prep. Experiment with pasta shapes or add red pepper flakes for heat.
