Cheese Mixture

Preparation

  • In a large Dutch oven or saucepan, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Pour in the beef broth and add the Italian seasoning.

  • Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cheese Mixture

  • In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, and a touch of salt.
