Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickens.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, making sure they are well-coated in the creamy sauce.

Baking

  • Cover the skillet with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

Cooking Noodles

  • While the chicken is baking, cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Serving

  • Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce is bubbly, serve the chicken and creamy sauce over the cooked ramen noodles.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure your chicken is at room temperature before cooking to promote even cooking. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by altering the chicken broth and cream to your preference. For heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
