  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen cooked shrimp (thawed and chopped) Juicy and succulent

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup celery (diced) Crisp and refreshing
  • 1/4 cup green onions (minced) Aromatic and mild
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (diced) Sweet and crunchy

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Tangy and zesty
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Rich and creamy
  • 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce For a kick of flavor
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream Silky and smooth

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure the shrimp is thawed and chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice the celery, mince the green onions, and dice the green bell pepper.

Make the Dressing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add the imitation crabmeat, cooked shrimp, diced celery, minced green onions, and diced green bell pepper to the bowl. Gently mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the chili garlic sauce until evenly distributed.

Chill

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve on a bed of fresh greens or on toasted crostini. Pairs well with chilled white wine or sparkling lemonade. Avoid over-mixing to keep the crab and shrimp intact.
