Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 2 large large chicken breasts, cut into cubes Moist and tender

For the sauce

For the gnocchi

  • 1 package gnocchi (about 16 oz) Soft pillows of goodness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Toss chicken cubes in the seasoned flour mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil and butter together in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the coated chicken and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about a minute, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir continuously until smooth and then stir in sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme.
  • Simmer the sauce over medium-low heat.
  • Add gnocchi to the skillet, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
  • Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything well to coat the gnocchi in sauce.
  • Serve immediately.

Pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. Use fresh herbs for a vibrant flavor profile.
