Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, room temperature egg, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the strawberry cake mix to the mixture, stirring until well blended to form a pink dough.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed in the dough.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  • Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, keeping them pale on top. The bottoms may get lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
