Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, tomatoes, and parsley. Mix until well-blended.

Rolling
- Unroll one canister of crescent roll dough on a floured surface, separating the triangles.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
- Position the rolled crescents on the lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Baking
