Seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Wash the baby potatoes and cut them into quarters. Slice the onion and chop the broccoli.
  • Spread the chopped vegetables on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with half of the seasoning blend. Toss to coat.

Chicken Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add chicken thighs, sprinkle the remaining seasoning blend, and pour in the Parmesan Garlic sauce. Stir until coated.
  • Nestle the chicken thighs among the vegetables on the sheet pan.

Cooking

  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • If desired, turn on the broiler for a few minutes for an extra crispy finish.
  • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the dish and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the oven is fully preheated, and don’t overcrowd the pan for even roasting. Let the dish rest to redistribute juices.
