Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  • Toss the potato cubes in a bowl with olive oil, seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks until browned.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce, mixing everything well and allow to simmer on low heat.
  • Once the potatoes are crispy, add them to the skillet and mix into the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top and broil for a few minutes until melted and golden.

Notes
