Preparation

  • Remove the steak and let it rest, covered loosely with foil.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and slowly stir in the heavy cream.
  • Let the sauce thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  • Combine the steak with the sauce in the skillet, spooning the sauce over the steak.
