  • 15 oz tomato sauce Rich and tangy base
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed Melts into the sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions, ensuring they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the undrained chili beans and tomato sauce. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and simmer until melted and creamy.
  • Combine the beef mixture with the drained spaghetti, folding gently to coat the noodles.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake uncovered for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the pasta and ensure to give the cheese time to melt completely for a creamy sauce.
